1. Use of This Website

You may browse this website and use its forms and booking tools for lawful purposes related to evaluating or engaging our Services. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, submit false or fraudulent information through our forms, scrape or copy site content without permission, or use it in a way that violates any applicable law. We may suspend or restrict access for use that violates these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Cruzync Studio provides business growth systems for local businesses: answering incoming calls, holding natural conversations with callers, qualifying leads, booking appointments, sending notifications, and related automation and organization tools. The specific features, call volume, and configuration for your account are agreed in writing (by email or a written proposal) following your strategy call. Any work outside that agreed scope may require a separate quote.

Strategy calls are provided at no cost and with no obligation. You are under no obligation to subscribe after your call.

3. Quotes & Proposals

Any pricing, quote, or proposal we provide is based on the information you share with us about your business and call volume, and is valid for 30 days from the date it's issued unless otherwise stated. Quotes describe the agreed scope of work; if your needs change materially after a quote is accepted, we'll provide an updated quote before doing additional work. A proposal is not binding on either party until it is accepted in writing (including by email) and, where applicable, any required deposit is paid.

4. Billing & Payments

Recurring Services are billed as a month-to-month subscription — there is no long-term contract required. Custom project work may require an upfront deposit and/or milestone payments, as agreed in your proposal. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing and future service starting at the end of your current billing period. Payments are due on the schedule stated in your invoice or proposal; accounts significantly past due may have Services paused until payment is resolved.

5. Automated Calls & Text Messages (SMS Program Terms)

The Services involve an automated voice system answering calls on your behalf, and calls may be recorded and transcribed to power the conversation, improve call quality, and provide you with reporting. Where enabled, the Services may also send automated text messages on your behalf (such as missed-call follow-ups or appointment confirmations) to numbers that have consented to receive them, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Program description. If you provide your phone number through our website forms, our booking page, or as part of your account setup and opt in, Cruzync Studio may send you conversational, appointment-reminder, customer-support, and occasional promotional SMS text messages. Consent to receive these messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any service.

• Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, booking activity, and account usage.
• Message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by your wireless carrier, not by Cruzync Studio.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving text messages from us. Reply HELP for assistance or to get more information.
• Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your carrier or device.
• Supported carriers may change from time to time without notice, and coverage is not guaranteed on every carrier or device.
• Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit your phone number and consent to receive SMS messages from us.

You are responsible for any legally required disclosures to your own callers and customers regarding automated calls and texts, and for ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable telecommunications and consumer-protection laws (including TCPA and CTIA guidelines) in your jurisdiction.

6. Configuration & Ongoing Optimization

Your account includes reasonable configuration and ongoing optimization as part of your subscription, so your system continues to reflect how you do business. Requests that go significantly beyond your agreed scope may be quoted as additional work.

7. Refunds

Because every subscription starts with a free, no-obligation strategy call, subscription fees already billed for the current period are generally non-refundable once service for that period has been provided. 8. Your Responsibilities

To keep your system accurate and effective, you agree to provide the business information, service details, calendar access, and feedback we reasonably need in a timely manner. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them. Delays in providing information or feedback may affect setup timelines and service quality.

9. Intellectual Property

Any business information, service details, or trademarks you provide remain your property. Third-party assets and services (such as voice AI, telephony, and calendar providers) are licensed under their respective terms. The underlying systems, scripts, and technology we build and configure remain the property of Cruzync Studio.

10. Limitation of Liability

We deliver our Services with professional care, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as call volume, booked appointments, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cruzync Studio's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cruzync Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over that location, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

12. Changes to Services & These Terms

We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Services over time as we improve them, and we will let you know about changes that materially affect your account. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Your continued use of the site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
